Join Be Free Young Carers at the Abingdon Marathon on Sunday 18 October 2026 by volunteering at our aid station, arriving by 8:15am, to help keep runners hydrated and motivated, while raising vital funds and awareness for young carers across Oxfordshire.

An incredible way to support both the runners and the young carers we work with across Oxfordshire. You’ll help keep participants hydrated and motivated as they push through the race, while also raising vital funds and awareness for young people who care for family members day in, day out.

It’s a fun, rewarding way to make a real difference – no running shoes required!
