Where We Work
Be FREE YC helps young carers aged between 8 to 18 and young adult carers aged 18 to 25
Be Free YC works with families, schools and other organisations across the South Oxfordshire district from Thame to Wallingford and Didcot to Henley identifying young carers and supporting them in their caring roles.
For those young carers living in the area, our regular pick-up point for our trips and activities is in Didcot, other pick-up points can be arranged, for example Henley, depending on our direction of travel.
We are really proud and grateful to be supported by South Oxfordshire District Council and the many Towns and Parishes across the District. Their support says so much about how important our service is in their communities.
Vale of White Horse
Be Free YC works across the Vale area in the many villages and market towns, working with families, schools, and other organisations identifying young carers and supporting them in their caring roles.
Our trips and activities have a regular pick-up point in Abingdon and include Faringdon as a pick-up point when travelling to venues westwards, such as Cotswold Wildlife Park and Oasis Swimming, Swindon.
We are really proud and grateful to be supported by the many Towns and Parishes in the Vale area. Their support says so much about the value of what we do.
